Return & Replacement Policy

At VABLOH , we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns & No Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been delivered.

Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer replacement only, subject to the conditions below:
• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase is mandatory

Eligible Reasons for Replacement

Replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (one-time only)

One-Time Size Replacement
• Size replacement due to incorrect size selection by the customer is allowed only once per order
• The replacement is subject to size availability
• If the requested size is unavailable, no alternative size, return, or refund will be provided
• Shipping charges for size replacement may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, contact us at care@vablohbeyondpremium.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
• Order ID
• Clear images or videos of the product
• A brief description of the issue or size concern

Once your request is approved, we will share instructions for the replacement process.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Products showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or misuse
• Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 7 days; requests raised after this period will not be entertained.

Processing Time

Once approved, replacement products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, depending on stock availability.
